Preparing your strategy doesn't have to be a detailed analysis of your new project, you just need to sit down and map out the targets of your business and what you hope to achieve.
Prepare an RFP document
Preparing a "Request For Proposal" document is of vital importance before you start working with a software company.
Unlike step 1, this phase is where you sit down and plan your project in intricate detail – the requirements of your solution, the objectives of your business, your contact information and how you envisage the project running. Do you have a specific timeframe in mind? Tell us in your RFP.
The document you end up with is the gospel of your project - it can be handed to Lani.Logic who will evaluate its contents once you supply it.

We'll prepare a deliverables document outlining exactly what we'll do, and how we'll do it for you. This will include timeframes, advice and other important information - essentially, this is our proposed solution to your project and we'll hand it to you once we're satisfied every element in your RFP is covered.

Once we've prepared our deliverables document, we'll hand it over to you for your perusal.
In it you will see a detailed breakdown of each section of your project, explaining how things will work and what you'll be expected to give to us when the time comes.
Assuming everything checks out, you're ready to work with Lani.Logic to get your project up and running.
